SWEAT Ronald - Steven Sweat, 59, died on Monday, May 10, 2004. He was born on April 25, 1945 in Jacksonville, FL to Katherine McCallman Sweat and Robert Eugene Sweat, Sr. His father preceded him in death on May 8, 1999. Ron was a 1963 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC for one year and was a graduate of Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL in 1967 with a degree in business administration. Ron was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Sweat Broward of Atlanta, GA; mother, Katherine S. Randall (John) of Jacksonville; brother, Robert Sweat, Jr. (Janice) & sister, Evelyn S. Strickland (Rev. Kenneth) all of Orange Park; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The Graveside service will be 3:00 PM Thursday May 13 at Riverside Memorial Park with Rev. Kenneth Strickland & Rev. Richard Sweat officiating.
