Born Jan. 20,1927, in Peoria, Ill., to Sheldon and Dorothy Snedden Enders, she died Dec. 8, 2002, in Ardmore. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Marvin Polzien; a brother, Wayne; and sister, Betty. She and Harry Turner were married July 17, 1974 in Durant.
See was a very loving and devoted wife, mother and friend. She took great pleasure in giving unself-ishly of her time by doing daily field services and witnessing for the Lord. Dee never met a stranger and always found room for another pet. Dee loved her family, friends and animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband of the home; three sons, Donald and Becky Polzien, Lubbock, Texas, Doug and J.R. Polzien, Ardmore, and Dennis and Pattie Polzien, Houston; stepchildren, Lana Turner, Holdenville, Lynn Foster, Newalla, and Jim Turner, also Holdenville; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services for DeLores "Dee" Polzien Turner, 75, Ardmore, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Healdton with Lonnie Moon officiating. Interment will be at Mount Olive Cemetery.
