Rose lost her battle with cancer on May 5, 2003. She leaves behind her husband, Ray, son Thomas, 3 grandchildren, Ayana, Anastasia, and Thomas, Jr., 3 sisters, Karen, Ruth and Gail, 1 brother, Rob, 2 neices, Amanda and Heather and 1 brother-in-law, Terry Lewis. Her sense of humor, smile and kindness will be missed.
At the memorial service small pieces of bright colored paper sat beside a very pretty vase. The guests were asked to jot down their favorite memory of Rosey. Those comments are below.

Singing hymns for the family – Ruth

I had an accident on the highway where I hit a deer, and for my birthday she got me a cake with Bambi on it and put a hot wheels car running over the deer. I love you Rosey – Melissa Sinclar
