Mrs. Iona Elizabeth Haw, 74, died today in Cape Girardeau at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Ellen (Paul J.) Berkbigler.
Mrs. Haw was the wife of Rev. J. Linn Haw, who died in 1940 while pastor of the Maple Avenue Church here. She was born Jul 31, 1885, at Murray, Ky., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome C. Denton, and married Rev. Haw Aug 25, 1915. Rev. Haw came to Maple Avenue in 1939.
Besides her daughter, surviving are a brother, L.C. Denton; and a sister, Mrs. Obra Adams.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
