Wilbur E Larson

Wilbur Larson, born Oct. 23, 1924, passed away July 20, 2011, after a long illness. Born in French Camp, Calif., he was actively deployed in the U.S. Army during World War II to the Asiatic Pacific Theater, 849th Ordnance Depot Company. Upon returning home, his employment career consisted of truck driving, being a machine mechanic at Fiberboard, and more than 40 years in construction. He loved water skiing, camping, fishing and hunting.
Wilbur is survived by his wife, Virginia of Plymouth, Calif.; and eight children, Laurie Larson, Linda Gray, Deborah Guerra, Kathy Vossner, Steven Larson, David Larson, Bob Larson and Jim Larson. He also leaves 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, with two more on the way.
Interment will be at Green Valley Cemetery in Rescue, Calif., with graveside services only on July 28, at 11 a.m. If you wish, you can sign the guest book on-line at greenvalleymortuary.com.
