He was born Nov. 24, 1922, to Orville B. and Helen L. Klone Moore at North Platte. He was raised in North Platte where he graduated from North Platte Senior High School. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corps as a pilot during World War II. Following his discharge he returned to North Platte. He was part owner /operator of Economy Glass in North Platte, retiring in 1988.

Mr. Moore was a member of the P.R. Halligan Post 163 of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2839, and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 551 and Lake Maloney Golf Association.

Survivors include his wife Donna of North Platte; two daughters, Malia (Mike) Trujillo of Wellfleet and Lisa Harper of North Platte; a stepson, Rick Kramer of Dallas; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Dale.
