Helen Eudy McNutt, 89, a loving wife, a caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and adored sister, passed into the hands of God on Thursday, July 14, 2011. Funeral: A service of celebration and remembrance will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lakeside Church of God, 9396 Confederate Park Road, Fort Worth. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lakeside Church of God building fund or to a charity of your choice.
Helen McNutt was born Jan. 13, 1922, in Ladonia to Charlie D. and Ada Pearl Eudy. She married James F. McNutt in 1939. Preceding her in meeting our Lord were husband, James McNutt; sisters, Lucille Reese and Mozelle Hall; brother, A.D. Eudy; daughter-in-law, Mable McNutt; and great-grandson, Anthony DeLuca.
Survivors: Children, Betty Petrek and husband, Charles, Leon McNutt and wife, Susan, of White Settlement, Wayne McNutt of Seymour, Brenda Sims and husband, Bill, of Benbrook and Judy Beaty and husband, Frank, of Granbury; brother, Albert Eudy and wife, Joy, of North Richland Hills; 22 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
