Benton, Ill. —
Julie P. Manion, 61, of West Frankfort, a former Benton resident, died at 9:17 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at the Franklin Hospital Emergency Room in Benton.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 23, in the Leffler-Poulson Funeral Home of Benton. Burial will be in the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton. Visitation will be from 12 noon until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Manion was born July 7, 1949, in Benton, the daughter of Howard Wilson Sr. and Martha Virginia (Summers) Wilson.
She was an administrative maintenance employee with the Rend Lake Conservancy District in Whittington.
Ms. Manion is survived by five children, Kevin Easley and wife Jeanna of Buckner, Lisa Koehler and fiancée Gary Jarvis of West Frankfort, Jerry Easley and wife Carol of Prattville, Ala., Berry Easley and fiancée Wendy Cox of West Frankfort, and Jenny and husband Shawn Lane of Bluford; 12 grandchildren, Preston Easley and wife Tressa of Benton, Brittany Easley of Buckner, Coty and Bridget Reeder of West Frankfort, Isaiha and Makayla Easley of Prattville, Ala., Trenton and Keegan Easley of West Frankfort, Jacob Hutcheson, and Shaeley, Corey and Colton Lane, all of Bluford; two brothers, Howard W. Wilson, Jr. and wife Pam of Benton, and Danny E. Wilson and wife Debbie of Benton; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Ms. Manion was preceded in death by her parents.
