Daughter of David McMillan and Theckla Allen. She was married first (in 1928) to Vance Henry Enos of Pittsfield, but they were divorced before 1940. She shares a gravestone with her brother.

LANESBORO--Mrs. Mary C. Bailey, 72, of 13 Grove Ave., died Sunday in Berkshire Medical Center. A native of Roxbury, she lived in this area most of her life, attending local schools. She was graduated from the former Bishop Memorial School of Nursing. She worked with the visiting nurse association and was a former night supervisor at the Pittsfield General Hospital. She was a 50-year member of Collins Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star and of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. Besides her husband, S. Henry Bailey, she leaves two sons, Donald A. of Texas, and S. Henry III of Pittsfield; a daughter, Mrs. Esther Dubeck of San Jose, Calif.; eight grandchildren and two-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Tuesday afternoon at Wellington funeral home, Pittsfield. Burial will be in Tyringham Cemetery.
