McGuire, 41, manager of the title department of the Dallas County Abstract and Title Co., who died Thursday of injuries received Tuesday when he was hit by an automobile, will be conducted at 10:30 a. m. Saturday at the chapel of Ed C. Smith & Bro., St. Paul and Ross. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.

Mr. McGuire is survived by his wife; two daughters, Norma Jean and Marian Joyce, Dallas; his mother, Mrs. Addie B. McGuire, Gatesville; two brothers, C. B. McGuire of Gatesville and H. A. McGuire of Pearl; and a sister, Mrs. D. Prickett of Mexia.
