MARTINSVILLE, VA Feb. 2 ~ Mrs. Louise Price Holland, 46, died Saturday afternoon in a local hospital.

She had been a teacher in Henry County schools for 17 years.

Surviving is her husband, James B. Holland; a daughter, Miss Sarah M. Holland; and a son, James B. Holland Jr.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George H. Price, all of Rt. 2, Ridgeway; three sisters: Mrs. Barrett Martin and Miss Katie Price, both of Rt. 2, Ridgeway, and Mrs. Moyer Rea, Spencer; two brothers: William H. Price, Rt. 2, Ridgeway, and Calvin C. Price, Martinsville.

Funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Ridgeway Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mountain View, Ridgeway.
