Lex B. Pace, age 73 a loving husband, father, and grandfather of Garland passed away January 15, 2004 at his home in Garland. He was born March 4, 1930 to Harmon and Belle Sisco Pace in Green Forest, Arkansas. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Mary Pace of Garland; daughter and son in law, Nancy and Tyler Duggan of Garland and one grandchild. Chase Ellis of Garland. Mr. Pace retired after 32 years of service with the City of Dallas and worked for many years as an ice man at the State Fair of Texas. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday January 19, 2004 at the chapel of Anderson-Clayton Funeral Home in Mesquite. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday afternoon at the funeral home. Anderson Clayton Mesquite.
