Fred Willard Grover, 87, of International Falls, and most recently a resident in the Littlefork Care Center since 1994, died Friday morning, Nov. 6, 1998, at the center. He was born in Mantorville, Minn., on March 13, 1911, to Fred H. and Alberta (Bartholamew) Grover. He was the last surviving member of his family. An avid outdoors man, he loved to fish the Rainy River and be in the woods of the Ray North Road, hunting deer near the Henry Brown farm. He started work for Mando on Dec. 10, 1926.
