Mrs. Rosa Lee Ahern, 84, of 1022 Oakwood Ave. died at 7:45PM Sunday. Funeral Services were held at 11:30 AM Tuesday in Connally Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. W. E. Harrell officiated, burial in Rosemound Cemetery. Surviving are two sons, W. N. Wortham of Monahans, TX and G. H. Ahern of Pittsburg, TX, Five Daughters, Mrs. Nell Wehrmann of 1022 Oakwood, Mrs Lillian Heath of Dallas, TX, Mrs Bertie Forcier and Mrs Myrtle Cason, both of Houston,and Mrs. Helen Ferrell of El Paso, TX., One sister, Lillie Evans of Dallas, eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Pallbearers: Albert Fortune, H. B. Blake, Kenneth Young, Raymond Mitchell, Chester McCrary, Royal Schlemmer. Honorary pallbears: Herb Jones. J. C. Riddle, M. B. Reneau.
