Major League Baseball Player. Born in Belleville, Illinois, he was infielder making his debut with the New York Giants on April 14, 1921. Although he only played one season with the New York Giants, he compiled a record of 99 hits, 35 runs scored, 7 home runs, 35 runs batted in, a .400 batting average and a .970 fielding percentage. He died at age 80 in St. Louis, Missouri.
