Major League Baseball Player. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was an infielder making his debut with the Cleveland Spiders on September 16, 1899. For seven seasons, he played with the Cleveland Spiders (1899), St. Louis Cardinals (1900-02), Pittsburgh Pirates (1903-04) and Philadelphia Phillies (1905). He ended his career with a record of 230 runs scored, 427 hits, 5 home runs, 196 runs batted in and a .251 batting average. He died at age in 84 in St. Louis, Missouri.
