LEBANON - Irene M. Aungst, 76, of 424 E. Lehman St., died Saturday in Good Samaritan Hospital. She had worked for Diane Manufacturing and was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the Lebanon Senior Center. She was the widow of William F. Barshinger and Harry S. Aungst. Surviving are five sons, Ronald Barshinger of Jonestown, Robert and Bruce Barshinger, both of Lebanon, James Barshinger of South Haven, Miss., and William Barshinger of Pine Grove; four daughters, Jacqueline Gassert of Myerstown and Nancy Thornton, Norma Boyer and Wanda Brown, all of Lebanon; a sister, Anna Mae Shiner of Lebanon; 28 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in her church. Burial will be in Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Twp. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
