Services for Brian Edward Mitchell, 19, Pawhuska, will be at 10 a.m., Monday at the First Baptist Church in Pawhuska with burial to follow in Pawhuska Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
He died Thursday, Aug. 18, 1988, in Pawhuska Hospital as a result of a traffic accident near Barnsdall.
Mitchell was born Dec. 5, 1968 in Pawhuska, son of Billy G. and Saundra Cochran Mitchell, graduated from Pawhuska High School in 1986, and was a student at Oklahoma State University.
He was a member of the First Methodist Church, and had been employed by Enerpipe pipeline company, and former employee of Wells Food Market, and Minnesota Unlimited.
Survivors include his father, Bill, Pawhuska; his mother and step-father, Saundra and Rocky Shenold, Glencoe; one brother, Billy Mitchell, Glencoe; one sister, Dee Dee Shenold, Glencoe; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Cochran, Personia, and Mr. and Mrs. Oran Ray Shenold, Glencoe.
