Arnold Morris, aged 16 years and known to about all of the younger people of this city, died Monday night, at eight o'clock at the home of his parents, Engineer and Mrs Charles Morris of Summers Street, after a very brief illness of pneumonia.
He was taken ill just a week prior to his death. He first had influenza and later pneumonia.
The remains will be buried at Hill Top cemetery, but we cannot give the time of burial; probably tomorrow.
He leaves, in addition to his father and mother, four brothers, Edward of Portsmouth, O, J D and H E of Hinton and Walter of Richmond, Va, two sisters, Mrs W J Martin of Hinton, Mrs Eva Goode of White Sulphur Springs.
He was a young man of good habits and leaves a large circle of friends among the young people of this city.
