Gladys B. (Polly) Yohn, 66, of Camp Hill died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, in her home. Born April 6, 1936, in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Harold A. and Edna Hoffer Batdorf. She was a 1954 graduate of Lebanon High School and a 1958 graduate of Millersville University. She went on to obtain a Masters degree from the Pennsylvania State University. She was an elementary school teacher in the State College and Lancaster area schools. She recently worked as a caregiver at the Children's Center in Lemoyne and was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, Carlisle. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Robert L. Yohn; a son, Robert K. Yohn, Harrisburg; a daughter, Robin Sell and her husband, Keith, Longmeadow, MA; a brother, Harold Batdorf, Munich, Germany; two sisters, Eleanor Baldwin, Pickerington, Ohio, and Grace Trimble, Lancaster; and two grandsons, Michael and David Sell. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Second Presbyterian Church, 528 Garland Drive, Carlisle, with Rev. James A. Gilchrist officiating. A graveside service will also be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Grandview Memorial Park, Annville. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. today at the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, and also from 10 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association, 3315 Derry St., Harrisburg, PA 17111.
