Former Adams County Lawyer Dies at Home in Portland
D. Barney Ford, 85, former director of the Peoples Loan & Trust company in this city and deputy prosecutor of Adams County, died Monday at his home in Portland. Death followed an illness of several months.
The deceased was born in Geneva December 7, 1853 and son of Clark and Jane McCullum-Ford. He practiced law and was at one time deputy prosecutor in Adams County.
He moved to Portland in 1910. Prior to that time he had served as an organizer and director of the (cut off)
