Dr. John Lott is Cynthia's son. He was killed in a traffic accident just a few weeks before he got his medical degree from UT. They gave his mom & dad his diploma at the graduation. He was going to be a heart surgeon.
His mother told my grand mother that he was going to go see his girl fiend before going to bed after working all night in the ER at the hospital. He was on his motorcycle, a turn made a left hand turn in front of him, he hit the back wheel of the truck. He died a few hours later from head injuries.
He was her only child.
