Edmund Fuegen.
Edmund Fugen [sic], 805 Twentieth avenue SW, died in a local hospital at 8:30 p.m., Saturday after a short illness. He was born April 10, 1902, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Fuegen at Sugar Creek, Iowa. He had been employed as a lineman for the Iowa Electric Light and Power Company.
Surviving are his wife, Helen, at home, and his father at Sugar Creek; three brothers, Lee of Sugar Creek, Arnold of Muscatine and Wilbert of Marion, and three sisters, Mrs. E.J. Shanklin of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Valerie Fuegen of Independence and Mrs. Lyle Hartley of Burlington.
Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's church in Sugar Creek at a time to be announced later. Friends may call at the Teahen chapel after 5 p.m. Sunday. The body will be taken Monday morning to Preston, Iowa.
