Mrs. Addie Clingan, wife of James H. Clingan, died at her home in Summerford last Monday evening at 6 o'clock, after a protracted illness of consumption, aged 36 years.
The deceased leaves one daughter Stella, aged 6 years.
She was the daughter of J. W. Cartzdafner and was born and reared in Somerford township. She was a devoted member and a church worker, when her health permitted, of the Summerford Christian Church. She was a loving wife and parent, a kind neighbor and a friend to all.
The funeral services took place at the Christian church in Summerford yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. McDaniel. The remains were interred in the Summerford cemetery.
