Cheyenne E. Bauer, age 12, died July 28, 2010 in the St. Francis Childrens' Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The cause of death was cancer. She was born April 29, 1998 in New Bern, North Carolina to Josh Bauer and Kristi Propst at the Craven Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her mother and step-dad, Kristi and Ray Propst of Broken Arrow and her dad and step-mom, Josh and Stacey Bauer of Baytown, Texas. There is one brother, Matthew Propst, and one step-brother, Joshua Tyler Vickers, and one step-sister Kelsey Ann Vickers. Cheyenne is also survived by her paternal grandparents Steve and Joyce Bauer, her grandmother Lisa Dove, and maternal grandparents Dykie and Lois Whitfield. Cheyenne is also survived by her step-grandparents, Mary Kay Greene, Alvin Ray Propst Sr., Linda Propst, John Sittniewki, Dinah Sittniewki and Janice Sittniewki, and many other family members as well as a host of friends. Cheyenne was a student at the Victory Christian School in Tulsa. She loved to go swimming and do anything outdoors. One of her favorite things was to go to the lake in Missouri. She was involved in all of the honors programs, including the honors band. She was a cheerleader and loved to play basketball. She was full of life and love and our loss is Heaven's gain.

Services will take place on Monday, August 2, 2010 in the main sanctuary of Victory Christian Center at 2 pm. A memorial video will be shown between 1:30 and 2:OO. Burial will take place on Thursday, in New Bern, North Carolina in the GreenLeaf Memorial Park at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers Memorial donations to her mother Kristi are asked to be made into the "Cheyenne Bauer Medical Fund" at any Bank of America branch or they can be mailed to Kristi Probst, PO Box 700393, Tulsa, Ok 74170.

Contributions may also be directed to her father, Josh, c/o the Cheyenne Bauer fund, Community Resources Credit Union, Baytown, Texas 77521.

Memorial Services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 4th at River Bend Baptist Church 5001 U.S 17, New Bern, NC 28562-9679.

Burial will be Greenleaf Memorial Park, 900 River Road, Trent Woods, NC. 28562-8322, at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 5th, 2010.
