Born January 1, 1906 in Pike County, he was the son of Jacob and Mary Sanders Schoonover. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Emma Parker of Frankfort and Mrs. Maude Duffy of Mansfield.
Service will be 11:00 a.m. at the Fisher-Anderson Funeral home in Frankfort, with the Rev. Clarence Schirm officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday.
