Beverly Ann Berry, 69, Leavenworth, formerly of Atchison, died July 27, 2010, at Providence Medical Center, after an extended illness.
She was born in Atchison, KS, Oct. 8, 1940, the daughter of Daniel Leo and Dorothy Sullivan. She graduated in 1958 from Mount St. Scholastica Academy. She retired in 1996 from Hallmark Cards, Leavenworth, after 30 years.
She was married to James Berry for 50 years, who survives of the home. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Ginny, and grandson, Todd Berry, Texas, whom she raised. She is also survived by six sisters, Arlene Dorsey, Sharon Hagen Barber, Atchison; Dotty Dobbs, formerly of Atchison; and Dolores, Marilyn, and Brenda.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Carol.
Private burial will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Davis Funeral Chapel is entrusted to the arrangements.
