Amanda Christine Brady a.k.a. "Brady", age 25 of Glen Allen, Virginia died suddenly Monday, July 5, 2010.

Amanda was born September 4, 1984 in Manassas, Virginia and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Glen Allen.

Survivors include her parents, Lawrence and Christine Brady of Gainesville, Virginia; two sisters, Nicole Brady and Kimberly Brady, both of Gainesville, Virginia; one brother, Kyle Brady of Gainesville, Virginia; her fiance‚, Patrick Nixon of Glen Allen, Virginia; maternal grandmother, Halina Kurpiel of Florida; paternal grandmother, Florence Brady of Pottstown, Pennsylvania and loved by all her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2010 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8213 Linton Hall Road, Gainesville, Virginia with Rev. William B. Schardt officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to R.C. Longan Elementary School, 9200 Mapleview Avenue, Henrico, Virginia 23294 in loving memory of Amanda Brady.
