Betty Ruth England Pierce 63, of Watauga passed away December 25, 1997 at her home. She was born September 25, 1934 in Jacksonville, Texas to Cliff and Lotha Cowen England. She lived in the Ft. Worth area since 1952. She was a homemaker and the mother of three sons. In 1984 she and husband founded Pierce/Riverside Glass Company. She was a member of Kings Highway Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jim Pierce, three sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Debbie Pierce, Steve and Shelli Pierce and Dale and Julie Pierce, her mother Lotha England of Jacksonville and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Cliff England, brother John (Jack) England and sister Mary (Jane) England Jones.
