HOLLENBAUGH, Mary P. Age 92 of Hamilton, died Early Sunday morning, June 6, 2010 in Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. She was born in Butler County, Ohio on April 24, 1918 the daughter of Frank and Marie (Wellman) Pierson and was a 1936 graduate of Hamilton High School. In 1945 in Hamilton, Ohio she married Russell W. Hollenbaugh and he preceded her in death in 1982. Mrs. Hollenbaugh had worked as a salesperson for Pease Homes, for twenty-five years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of Redeemer United Church of Christ and a lifetime member of the VFW # 1069 ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include three children, Gregg (Karen) Hollenbaugh, of West Chester, Ohio, Nancy (Jerome) Baker, of Fairfield Township, Ohio, and Randall (Terri) Hollenbaugh, of Middletown, Ohio; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by a grandson, Russell Lee Hollenbaugh; eight brothers and sisters, Francis, Jim, Kenneth, and Robert Pierson, Ruth Ferdelman, Doris Jones, Betty Walden, and Helen Boone.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. With Rev. Kim Katterheinrich officiating, followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Redeemer United Church of Christ. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
