Joseph D. Fleming, 54, of White Deer, died suddenly on Tuesday night, February 7 of a heart attack. He was a brother of Mrs. Melvin Kiker.

Mr. Fleming, who engaged in construction work, had lived at White Deer 36 years.

Survivors are his wife, a son and step-son, his sister, Mrs. Kiker and one brother.
