Services Today For Mrs. Petree
Farwell (Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. Vida Cournelia Petree, 65, Farwell resident since 1954, will be at 3 p.m. today in the Farwell First Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Bailey County Memorial Park under direction of Singleton Funeral Home of Muleshoe.
Mrs. Petree died at 10 p.m Friday at her home in Farwell.
She was born in Green (sic) County, Okla., and was a member of the Farwell First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Petree came to Farwell from Lariat, Tex. and was the manager of Barbee Cleaners.
Survivors include her husband, O.C.; two sons, Corroll (sic), Irving and Ormal, Rogers, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. Dolly Downs, Modesto, Calif.; a brother, E. L. Smith, Clovis; and five grandchildren.
