Beloved husband, father, grand-father and brother passed away after a long fight with Parkinson's Disease.

The following information was obtained from Claude A. Dalton's obituary in the 1977 issue of the Mulberry Gap Association minutes, page 26; This obituary was written by Claude's wife, Audrey Bethel Dalton:

CLAUDE A. DALTON was born Aug. 15, 1920, departed this life Aug. 23, 1976 at the age of 56 years. He was the son of Archie and Tennie Dalton. He professed faith in Christ Aug. 24, 1935 and joined the Cedar Springs Baptist Church where he remained a member until death. He was ordained as a deacon Dec. 19, 1965.

Our loss is his eternal gain. Dad, we miss you so much no one will ever know. I pray it won't be long untill I can be with you. So many nights I stayed up with you and did all I knew to do but God knew the best. When he took you he took the best. Everythign possibile was done to comfort you in yoru sickness. Sleep on darling and take your rest, we love you so much but God loved you best.
