Mr. Minton is survived by his four children, Karla, Lori, David and Charles Minton; his parents, David and Bernice Minton of Valle Crucis; two sisters, Mrs. Billie Ruth Washburn of Greensboro, Mrs. Betty Jean Sobezak of Norfolk, Va.; and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Troy Danner of Valle Crucis.
