David Gorbett, 33, R.R.1, Freetown, Ind., died at 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7,1991 in Seymour, Ind., as the result of a motorcycle accident.

He was born June 5, 1958, in Seymour, Ind., the son of Kenneth and Florence Laverne Wayt Gorbett. He was employed with Sylvania in Seymour, Ind. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Freetown, Ind., and the Eagles Lodge in Columbus, Ind.

On July 7, 1990, he married Vicki Burrell in Freetown, and she survives; with three stepchildren, Tammy, Stacy and Travis Miles; two brothers, Timothy Thomas Gorbett, Seymour, Ind., and Tom Gorbett, Freetown, Ind.; four sisters, Mrs. Mark (Robin) Young, Brownstown, Ind., Lisa Gorbett, Greensburg, and Mrs. Ray (Angela) Vasquez and Mrs. Anthony (Melissa) Jaynes, both of Freetown, Ind., and a half sister, Vicki Wyatt, Bloomington, Ind.

Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Winklepleck-Weesner Chapel, Brownstown, Ind., with the Rev. Chuck Romans officiating.

Burial will be in Freetown, Ind.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m. until time of the service on Sunday.

Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church of Freetown, Ind.
