Webb was born August 6,1919 in Greenwood, Ark. to David and Tommie (Holland) Webb. He died July 11,2003 in Oklahoma City.
He enjoyed square dancing and belonged to the Duds and Dolls Square Dancing Club of Enid.
Survivors include two daughthers, Beatrice Smith and husband Dick of Dakota City, Neb. and Shirley Panick and husband Chuck of Oklahoma City; one son , Thomas Webb and wife Joyce of Edmond, two brothers, Fredrick Webb of Oklahoma city and Jimmy Webb of Jones; five sisters, Eunice Johnson, Eva Gregory and Veda Smith, all of Crescent Clara Vessel of Modesto, Calif. and Doris Ella Alcorn of Jones; nine grandchildren and 15 great - grandchildren.
He was precceded in death by his parents, one son , Charles Webb, one sister, Letha Thomason and one brother, Earl Webb.
