Albert S. Scott died of an apparent heart attack, according to officials.
Funeral services are pending with Minton Mortuary of Borger.
Scott had lived in Sanford since 1937 and was a retired pipefitter.
A native of Lexington, Okla., he moved to Sanford from Pampa.
Survivors include his wife, Maudie Marie; one son, James Clifford of Pampa; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Bennett and Mrs. Louise Turner, both of Sanford; one brother, Frank of Sanford; two half-brothers, Emmett Hull of Fritch and Earl Hull of Hominy, Okla.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

SANFORD - Funeral services for Albert S. Scott, 77, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment in Westlawn Memorial Park will be under the direction of Minton Mortuary.
Scott, a longtime resident of Sanford, was dead on arrival at North Plains Hospital at 8:20 a.m. Thursday following an apparent heart attack.
Survivors include his wife, a son, two sisters, one brother, two half-brothers, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
