MRS. SARAH ELIZABETH CRUME

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Crume, 68, died at her home three miles east of Elkhart on the Middlebury roak at 10:29 o'clock Tuesday night. She was born on May 12, 1858. Her husband Rev. John H. Crume, died on Oct. 9, 1919.
Mrs. Crume is survived by five sons, five daughters, 28 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
The sons are George A., Leonard L., and Wilbur R. Crume, all of Elkhart and John W. and Earl M. Crume of South Whitney, Ind. The daughters are Mrs. Ira McDaniel of Ligonier, Mrs. Sherman Williamson of Albion, Ind., Mrs Freeman Bunch of Niles and Mrs. Lemuel Poyser and Mrs. Hovey Harrington of Elkhart. All of the children were home for Christmas.
The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at the late residence, the Rev. W. I. Duker officiating. The body will be taken overland to Wawaka, Ind., where services will be held in the Brethren church, the Rev. Mr. Swihart officiating. Interment will be in the Osborne cemetery, Wawaka.

Sharh is the daughter of John and Minerva Jane (Roe) Mawhorter. She married Rev. John henry Crume on Feb. 2, 1873 in Ligonier, Noble Co., IN. To this union were born eleven children.
