Edith was the daughter of George W. and Belle L. (Pixley) Hurd. She married Seldon Samuel Potter on Nov. 15, 1917 in Mahoning, Ohio. To this union were born four children. Seldon George, Robert Earl, Donald Eugene, and Helen. She married second husband Joseph Takace. She passed away on Wednesday Sept. 14, 1994, at 5:45 p.m.
