"OBITUARY"

Leonard Levi Crume, 61, of Elkhart, died at midnight Thrusday in the Logansport hospital. He had been ill a number of years. He was born June 8, 1888, a son of Rev. John H. and Mrs. Sarah E. (Mawhorter) Crume. Blind since early youth, he attended the school for the blind at Indianapolis until he was 21. He was member of the First Christian church at Indianapolis. For the past 23 years, until he entered the hospital recently he had lived with a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George A. Crume, at 711 Cleveland ave.

Also surviving are three other brothers, Earl M. and Wilbur R., of Elkhart, and John W. Crume of South Whitley, and five sisters, Mrs. Lem Poyser and Mrs. Hovey Harrington, both of Elkhart, Mrs McDaniel of Ligonier, Mrs. S. J. Williamson of Albion, Ind., and Mrs. Will Preston of Constantine, Mich.
Friends may call at the White funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday. Grave services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Osburn cemetery near Rome City, in charge of the Rev. Mr. Preston of Albion.

~~~~~~~~ END of OBITUARY ~~~~~~~~
Leonard was never married.
Cemetery reads wrong in his obituary. He is buried with his parents, Rev. John Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Crume at Orange Cemetery in Noble Co., IN. They all share the same headstone. Maybe it is the same cemetery, but just change names over the years. Because I have found the same thing with other family members too.
