Dubby passed away Sept. 15, 2007. He was born Christmas Day 1943 to Quentin K. Barrow, Sr. and Mary Nancy Webster of Dallas. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School and was a member of the Army National Guard. Out of his suffering from mental illness, his mother founded F.A.I.R. which evolved into the Nation Alliance of the Mentally Ill. She dedicated her life to the support, education and advocacy for the well being of the clients and families. He is survived by his sister, Cheryl Pratt of Plano and sister-in-law, Sandy Barrow of Rowlett. He is preceded in death by his parents, Quentin Barrow, Sr. and M. Nancy Webster, his grandparents, Ben and Ursa Taylor and brother, Scott Barrow. He will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service is to be held at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland Texas. Thank you to St. Michael's Hospice.
