He and Anna Missouri were divorced in 1891 but remarried in 1908 in St. Charles, MO. In 1900 he lived with his mother, Matilda L. MacElvey Beerbower in Indianapolis and was listed as divorced and a RR clerk, but out of work for 10 mos. of previous year. By 1910 he and Anna were living in Indianapolis and he still was a RR clerk, but had been working the entire previous year. He d. in 1916 at age 66.
