HOULKA - Malcolm Dwight Zachary, 64, retired district chief for the Memphis Fire Department, died of heart failure Monday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Houlka Funeral Home with burial in Robbs Cemetery. He was a member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. Mr. Zachary, the husband of Deloris Ferrell Zachary, also leaves a daughter, Jerry Ann Warren, and a son, Tim Zachary, both of Houlka; three sisters, Reba Anderson of Houlka, Dorothy Steele of Hernando and Martha Owen of Potts Camp; three brothers, Dr. J. B. Zachary of Baltimore, Everitt Zachary of Ripley, Tenn., and James Cecil Zachary of Southaven, and five grandchildren.
