Frank C. Naylor, of Sykesville, died at Carroll Hospice's Dove House. Born May 17, 1925, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Francis C. and Katie M. Stallings Naylor. He was the husband of the late Margaret R. Bauer Naylor, his wife of nearly 62 years. He retired from the payroll department of the Koppers Company after 40 years. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps, having served during World War II. Surviving are son and daughter-in-law Steven C. and Christine M. Naylor, of Sykesville; grandchildren Sean Calvin and Nicholas Bryan Naylor, both of Sykesville; a niece, Carol M. King, of Westminster; and several additional nieces and nephews and their families. He was predeceased by a grandson, Bryan Joseph Naylor; a brother, Edward Naylor; sisters Dorothy Sheldon and Myrtle Arnold; a nephew, Frank L. Simpson; and a niece, Eileen McDowell.
