Diane M Cassatt, 55 of Steelton entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at her home.
She was a former employee of Residential Warranty Company where she worked for 19 years.
Diane was the daughter of the late George and Helen Cooper of Highspire.
She is survived by her husband, John C Cassatt Jr; two daughters, Christy Ritter of Middletown and Dawn Cassatt of Steelton; two sons, Jason Finger and PFC Todd Cassatt both of Middletown; one sister, Doris West of Highspire; two brothers, David Cooper and his wife Ann of Hummelstown and George Cooper Jr and his wife Deb of Harrisburg; brother-in-law, George Horley of Harrisburg; one grandson, Kody Ritter of Middletown; several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and her "candy man".
She was preceded in death by her loving sister, Donna Cooper Horley.
Diane enjoyed computer solitaire, reading romance novels and attending high school sporting events where she often was the loudest spectator attempting to encourage the players.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the K.M. Knight Funeral Home, 31 Second Street, Highspire. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family in the Highspire Cemetery.
