Dies Here at 61
James L. Pittman, 61, of 1028 Marietta street, a retired textile worker, died yesterday at a private sanitarium.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. A. Brewer and Miss Opie Pittman; four sons, B.D., H.J., J.H. and Raymond Pittman; one brother, Henry Pittman, and three sisters, Mrs. John Lanier, Mrs. Ida Brown and Mrs. Lelia Williams.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Brown Memorial Baptist church with the Rev. J.R. Darnell officiating. Burial will be in Sylvester cemetery with J. Austin Dillon in charge.
