Crane--Services for Rev. John Aaron, 57,
who helped found Crane's Central Bap-
tist Church, were to be held at 3 p.m.
today at the church. Burial will be in
Crane Cemetery directed by Sheppard
Funeral Home.

Rev. Aaron died Monday in Odessa's
Medical Center Hospital after an ill-
ness of three months.

He was born Aug. 6, 1912, in Thurber.
He married Gwendolyn Marie Hill
June 9,1930, in Ranger. The Pastor
wan an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors are his wife; a daughter,Mrs.
C. E. Williamson of Ohio; two sons,
Charles R. Aaron, Kermit, and Don C.
Aaron,Crane; three sisters, Mrs. Gladys
Hesson, Mrs. Mamie Pester and Mrs.
Naomie Pester, all of Breckenridge; a
brother, Carl Aaron, Willspoint, and
nine grandchildren.
