Mr. Comer had been a resident of Mountvue Nursing Home in Luray.
He was born August 12, 1897, in Hagerstown, Md., and was a son of the late Noah lee and Elizabeth Royer Comer.
Mr. Comer was a World War I Army veteran
and had been employed by the H.L.Mills Oil Co.of Hagerstown, Md.
Surviving are one brother, Robert Comer of Shenandoah and one sister, Edna Lewis of Port Republic.
The Funeral was conducted Saturday, January 20, 1990, at Kyger Funeral Home in Shenandoah by the Rev. Hudson Nuckols.
Burial was in Mount Lebanon Church Cemetery in Shenandoah.
