Surviving him are his parents and three brothers, Thomas R., James W. and Walter H. Maples, all of Fort Worth.
Funeral services will be held at the Central Avenue Christian Church at 3 p.m. Sunday, Rev. John O'Keefe officiating. Burial will be in East Oakwood Cemetery.
