Louis R. Davis

Louis R. Davis, 52, of Many, died Thursday, April 26, from a short illness.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 28, at 2 p.m., at the St. John Catholic Church of Many, with the Msgr. T. J. Lennon officiating. Burial was in the St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Lucy Davis of Many; three brothers, W. A. Davis of Shreveport, Haines Davis of Lake Charles; three sisters, Mrs. George W. Foster of Many, Mrs. Lloyd H. LeCroy of Houston, and Mrs. Charley B. Tramel of Many, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Hubert Andries, Buddy Dees, Willard Sibley, Ancil DeLatin, Jack Hubley, and Dick McComic.
